Prarancangan pabrik biodiesel ini akan menggunakan algae oil dari pengembangbiakkan alga jenis nannochloropsis salina sebagai bahan baku utama. kapasitas pabrik biodiesel ini adalah 70.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseron terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode stuktur garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 175 orang. lokasi pabrik akan didirikan di kawasan industri buluminung kecamatan buluminung, kabupaten penajam paser utara, provinsi kalimantan timur diatas tanah seluas 180.000 m2 . sumber air pabrik biodiesel ini akan diambil dari sungai selimbung, kabupaten penajam paser utara dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik akan diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln). hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: 1. fixed capital investment (fci) = rp. 79.286.909.605 2. working capital investment (wci) = rp. 646.574.689.525 3. total capital investment (tci) = rp. 725.861.599.130 4. total production cost (tpc) = rp. 98.825.252.154 5. sales cost (sc) = rp. 1.344.658.226.567 6. laba bersih = rp. 926.874.730.809 7. pay out time (pot) = 1 tahun 4 bulan 8. break event point (bep) = 23,2% 9. internal rate of return (irr) = 33,80%

Abstract
The biodiesel plant design will use Algae Oil from the breeding of Nannochloropsis Salina as the main raw material. The capacity of biodiesel plant is 70.000 ton/year with 330 working day/year. The company form is Perseroan Terbatas (PT) using the line and staff structure method. The labor requirements for this company are 175 people. The location of this plant will be established in Penajam Paser Utara, East Kalimantan with a land area of 180.000 m2 . The water of this plant will be taken from Selimbung river located in Penajam Paser Utara and the requirement of electricity will be obtained from Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). The results of economic analysis obtained are as follows: 1. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 79.286.909.605 2. Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 646.574.689.525 3. Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 725.861.599.130 4. Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp. 98.825.252.154 5. Sales Cost (SC) = Rp. 1.344.658.226.567 6. Laba Bersih = Rp. 926.874.730.809 7. Pay Out Time (POT) = 1 Year and Four Month 8. Break Event Point (BEP) = 23,2% 9. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 33,80%
