Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi dari komitmen afektif dalam hubungan antara supportive work environment dan retensi karyawan. penelitian dilakukan di kyriad muraya hotel banda aceh dengan sampel 92 karyawan. metode penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari supportive work environment terhadap retensi karyawan serta komitmen afektif mampu memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara supportive work environment dan retensi karyawan. kata kunci : supportive work environment (swe), komitmen afektif, retensi karyawan



Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of affective commitment in relationship between supportive work environment and employee retention. This research conducted at Kyriad Muraya Hotel Aceh with 92 employees as samples. The research method uses saturated samples and data collection is done through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings suggest that supportive work environment plays a crucial role in predicting the employee retention. affective commitment partially mediates the relationship between supportive work environment and employee retention.
