Tesis analisis faktor pengaruh pandemi covid-19 pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi di banda aceh maulia rahmad nim. 1904201010011 magister teknik sipil jurusan teknik sipil – fakultas teknik universitas syiah kuala abstrak pandemi coronavirus disease 2019 (covid 19) telah memiliki konsekuensi yang sangat parah sejak menyebar ke semua negara. perekonomian secara umum berdampak langsung di tengah wabah covid 19. pandemi covid-19 yang tersebar di seluruh daerah yang ada di indonesia masih saja terus berkembang hingga belum bisa dipastikan kapan kondisi ini akan berakhir. berbagai aspek terkena akan dampak dari virus tersebut, karena penerapan social distancing dan physical distancing membuat aktivitas pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi di aceh terganggu. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang terdampak oleh pandemi covid-19 pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. kajian ini difokuskan pada proyek-proyek perumahan dan pemukiman di kota banda aceh di tahun 2020. proses pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang disebar pada 28 responden yang langsung terlibat pada kegiatan proyek tersebut. kuesioner dirancang terdiri atas 6 faktor dan 20 indikator. proses analisis mengaplikasikan metode principal component analysis (pca) untuk menemukan indikator dan faktor yang paling berpengaruh. hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan proyek perumahan dan pemukiman terdampak langsung oleh pandemi covid-19. pengaruh tersebut paling dominan ditemui pada faktor pengurangan tenaga kerja pada pelaksanaan di lapangan; peningkatan biaya akibat pembatasan jarak; fluktuasi harga material yang tiba-tiba; gangguan dalam pasokan material; adanya addendum item pekerjaan; penangguhan kontrak proyek; kegiatan pengendalian dan pengawasan kontrak dilakukan secara daring sehingga membatasi pengambilan keputusan; peningkatan biaya pelaksanaan akibat penambahan biaya apd; dan mobilisasi tenaga kerja dari luar daerah terhambat. kata kunci : konstruksi, risiko, pandemi, corona virus disease, ekonomi.

Thesis Analysis of the Influence Factors of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Construction Project Implementation In Banda Aceh Maulia Rahmad Student Reg. No. 1904201010011 Master Program of Civil Engineerig Civil Engineering Department of Engineering Faculty Universitas Syiah Kuala Abstract The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid 19) pandemic has had very severe consequences since it spread to all countries. The economy in general has a direct impact in the midst of the Covid 19 outbreak. The COVID-19 pandemic that spreads throughout all regions in Indonesia is still growing so it is not certain when this condition will end. Various aspects will be affected by the virus, because the implementation of social distancing and physical distancing has disrupted the activities of implementing construction projects in Aceh. This study is intended to analyze more of the factors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the implementation of construction projects. This study focused on housing and settlement projects in Banda Aceh City in 2020. The data collection process was carried out using a questionnaire instrument distributed to 28 respondents who were directly involved in the project activities. The questionnaire was designed to consist of 6 factors and 20 indicators. The analysis process applies the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method to find the most influential indicators and factors. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of housing and settlement projects is directly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The most dominant influence is found in the factor of reducing labor in the implementation in the field; increased costs due to distance restrictions; sudden fluctuations in material prices; disruption in the supply of materials; the existence of an addendum to work items; suspension of project contracts; contract control and supervision activities are carried out online so as to limit decision making; increased implementation costs due to additional PPE costs; and the mobilization of labor from outside the region is hampered.
