Abstrak prarancangan pabrik silica powder ini menggunakan bahan baku abu padi. abu sekam padi diperoleh dari kilang padi di daerah kabupaten cikapasitas produksi pabrik ini adalah 45.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerjhari/tahun dan 24 jam/hari. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah persterbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. kebuttenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 155 orang. lokasi direncanakan didirikan di desa karangtalun, kecamatan cilacap utarakabupaten cilacap, jawa tengah. kebutuhan air pabrik sebesar 51.408,28 kg/jamdiperoleh dari sungai donan, kota cilacap. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut : 1. fixed capital investment = rp 226.964.024.072 2. working capital investment = rp 56.741.006.018 3. total capital investment = rp 283.705.030.090 4. total biaya produksi = rp 367.301.289.334 5. hasil penjualan = rp 500.964.577.147 6. laba bersih = rp 100.247.465.859 7. return on investment (roi) = 35,34% 8. pay out time (pot) = 2,2 tahun 9. break event point (bep) = 38% 10. internal rate of return (irr) = 30%

ABSTRACT Prarancangan factory Silica Powder uses raw materials of rice husk ash. Rice husk ash is obtained from the Rice Refinery in Cilacap Regency. The capacity of production is 45.000 Tons / Year with a working day of 330 days / year and 24 hours / day. The planned form of the company is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using line and staff structure methods. The labor needs to run this company amounted to 155 people. The location of the factory is planned to be established in Karangtalun Village, North Cilacap Subdistrict, Cilacap Regency city, central Java. The water needs of the factory amounted to 51,408.28 kg / hour obtained from the Donan River,Kota Cilacap. The results of the economic analysis obtained are as follows: 1. Fixed Capital Investment = Rp 226.964.024.072 2. Working Capital Investment = Rp 56.741.006.018 3. Total Capital Investment = Rp 283.705.030.090 4. Total Production Cost = Rp 367,301,289,334 5. Proceeds of Sale = Rp 500,964,577,147 6. Net income = Rp 100,247,465,859 7. Return on Investment (ROI) = 35,34% 8. Pay Out Time (POT) = 2.2 years 9. Break Event Point (BEP) = 38% 10. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 30%
