Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan kepercayaan terhadap pimpinan dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pt. bank bri (persero) tbk. kantor cabang banda aceh sebanyak 106 responden. data di proses dengan metode structural equation modeling (sem) untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel. hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan terhadap pimpinan, kepuasan kerja, dan organizational citizenship behavior. variabel kepercayaan terhadap pimpinan dan kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, organizational citizenship behavior, kepercayaan terhadap pimpinan, kepuasan kerja



Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to measure the Influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Trust in Leadership and Job Satisfaction as Mediation Variables. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. Banda Aceh Branch Offices as many as 106 respondents. The data is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to determine the effect of all variables. The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on trust in leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior. The variables of trust in leadership and job satisfaction also have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
