One of the industries is the banking industry. In this study, the authors examine the market area of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Sigli Branch. This study aims to find out how the market area affects the work unit of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Sigli Branch, to find out the factors that influence the choice of the location of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Sigli Branch, and to find out customers tend to choose branch offices or sub branches of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Sigli Branch. This study is a descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that transportation costs affect people in choosing or becoming customers at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. nearest branch/sub-branch and close distance to PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. branches/sub-branches influence customers to get quick and easy access.
