Konstruksi alat ukur daya ledak otot tungkai atlet bola voli abstrak (chairul saleh) penelitian ini dirancang atas dasar kebutuhan akan alat ukur tes daya ledak otot tungkai atlet bola voli yang sesuai dengan cara melakukan lompatan dalam permainan bola voli. dalam rangka membantu pelatih atau pelaku olahraga bola voli untuk mengetahui kemampuan daya ledak otot tungkai dasar pemain bola voli serta dapat menjadi salah satu tolak ukur tercapainya tujuan latihan yang diberikan. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengkonstruksikan alat ukur daya ledak otot tungkai atlet bola voli, menguji validitas konstruksi alat ukur daya ledak otot tungkai atlet bola voli, menghitung reliabilitas konstruksi alat ukur daya ledak otot tungkai atlet bola voli, menguji objektivitas konstruksi alat ukur daya ledak otot tungkai atlet bola voli. jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan. populasi dalam penelitain ini adalah pemain voli yang berdomisili di banda aceh, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 atlet. teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan lembar angket dan tes daya ledak otot tungkai. selanjutnya teknik menganalisis data dengan uji rata-rata dan standar deviasi, uji validitas dan reliabelitas penelitian tersebut. hasil penelitian yang diperolah yaitu: (1) hasil validitas uji coba lapangan dengan analisis daya ledak otot tungkai kiri sebesar 0,872 dan daya ledak otot tungkai kanan sebesar 0,880 memiliki nilai validitas sangat baik. (2) hasil uji reliabilitas kelompok kecil r-hitung sebesar 0,62 ≥ 0,57 dari r-tabel sedangkan pada uji reabilitas pada kelompok besar pada waktu yang berbeda menunjukkan hasil yang konsisten, nilai r-hitung 0,57≥,0,36 dari r-tabel sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa alat ukur reliabel atau tetap akan menghasilkan nilai yang relatif sama meskipun dilakukan pada waktu yang berbeda. (3) hasil uji objektivitas menunjukkan nilai r-hitung 0,57≥,0,36 dari r-tabel dapat dikatakan penelitian terbukti objektiv. simpulan hasil penelitian, konstruksi instrumen alat ukur daya ledak otot tungkai atlet bola voli dinyatakan valid dan reliabel sehingga alat ukur tersebut layak digunakan. kata kunci : alat ukur daya ledak, otot tungkai, atlet bola voli.



Abstract

CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT MEASURE EXPLOSIVE POWER LEG MUSCLE ATHLETE VOLLEYBALL Abstract (Chairul Saleh ) This study was designed on the basis of the need for an explosive power test measuring instrument for volleyball athletes' limbs that is suitable for jumping in volleyball. in order to help coaches or volleyball players to find out the explosive power of the basic leg muscles of volleyball players and can be one of the benchmarks for achieving the given training goals. The purpose of this study was to find out how to construct a volleyball athlete's leg muscle explosive power measurement instrument, test the validity of the volleyball athlete's leg muscle explosive power measurement tool construction, calculate the construction reliability of volleyball athlete's limb muscle explosive power measurement instrument, test the objectivity of the explosive power measurement instrument construction. volleyball athlete's leg muscles. The type of research is development research. The population in this study were volleyball players who live in Banda Aceh, and the sample in this study was 30 athletes. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire sheet and a leg muscle explosive power test. Furthermore, the technique of analyzing the data is by testing the average and standard deviation, testing the validity and reliability of the study. The research results obtained are: (1) The results of the validity of the field trial with the analysis of the explosive power of the left leg muscle of 0.872 and the explosive power of the right leg muscle of 0.880 have a very good validity value. (2) The results of the small group r-count reliability test are 0.62 0.57 from the r-table while the reliability test in large groups at different times shows consistent results, the r-count value is 0.57≥0.0, 36 of the r-table so that it can be said that the measuring instrument is reliable or will still produce relatively the same value even though it is carried out at different times. (3) The results of the objectivity test show the r-count value of 0.57≥, 0.36 from the r-table, it can be said that the research is proven to be objective. The conclusion of the research, the construction of the instrument for measuring explosive power of the leg muscles of volleyball athletes is declared valid and reliable so that the measuring instrument is feasible to use.
