The general problem that the student face in reading is how to know the whole meaning of story. and some difficult vocabulary that they do not know the meaning, could make them feel that they do not understand the story just because of some difficult vocabulary. the purpose of this study is to find the related theories that could help the teachers make students enjoy in reading lesson and find the relation and advantages of task based learning toward improving reading skill for the students and also the purpose of the based learning to improve it. learners get exposure at the pre task stage and a chance to recall things they know. the task cycle gives them speaking and writing exposure with opportunities for students to learning from each other for the teachers, should monitoring the students after giving the task, so the teachers could give more attention to the students, help them if they could not match with using task based learning ways.
