Abstrak firman leo, 2020. tingkat pengetahuan tim rugby aceh tentang peraturan permainan rugby union 7s pon ke xx papua tahun 2021skripsi, program studi pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi, jurusan pendidikan olahraga, fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan, universitas syiah kuala. pembimbing: (1) dr. syamsulrizal, m.kes (2) ifwandi, s.pd.,m.pd kata kunci: tingkat , pengetahuan, peraturan permainan, rugby union 7s. provinsi aceh yang sudah terbentuk sebuah tim rugby pada tahun 2018, dan juga sudah mengikuti event seperti kejurnas u21 di yogyakarta tahun 2018 dan prapon di bali pada tahun 2019 dan pada tahun 2021 rugby aceh juga akan ikut serta dalam event pekan olaharga nasional yang akan di selenggarakan di papua. tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggikah tingkat pengetahuan tim rugby aceh tentang peraturan permainan rugby union 7s menjelang pekan olahraga nasional tahun 2021 di papua. penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet rugby aceh. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara soal pilihan ganda adalah “bentuk tes yang mempunyai satu jawaban yang benar atau paling tepat mengemukakan bahwa dalam tes objektif, tipe pilihan ganda dan banyak mengungkapkan aspek pemahaman”. mengacu pada pendapat para ahli, maka jenis tes objektif yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pilihan ganda (multiple choice) dan data dokumentasi. data diolah menggunakan statistik dalam bentuk perhitungan nilai rata-rata dan persentasae. berdasarkan hasil analisis data tentang tingkat pengetahuan tim rugby aceh tentang peraturan permainan rugby union 7s pon ke xx papua tahun 2021, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan atlet tim rugby aceh tentang peraturan permainan rugby union 7s menjelang pekan olahraga nasional (pon) tahun 2021 di papua adalah termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan nilai 82,71, dengan rincian:(1).tingkat pengetahuan atlet tim rugby aceh tentang peraturan dalam lapangan permainan rugby union 7s termasuk kategori baik dengan nilai 77,71, dengan rincian 67% sangat baik, 8% baik dan 25% cukup.(2).tingkat pengetahuan atlet tim rugby aceh tentang pelanggaran (foul) dalam permainan rugby union 7s termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan nilai 90,50, dengan rincian 88% sangat baik, 8% baik dan 4% jelek.(3).tingkat pengetahuan atlet tim rugby aceh tentang memulai kembali permainan rugby union 7s termasuk kategori sangat baik dengan nilai 79,88, dengan rincian 59% sangat baik, 33% kategori baik dan 8% kategori cukup.

Aceh Province, which has formed a rugby team in 2018, and has also participated in events such as the U21 National Championship in Yogyakarta in 2018 and PRAPON in Bali in 2019 and in 2021 Aceh Rugby will also participate in the National Sports Week event which will be held in Papua. The purpose of this research is to find out how high is the level of knowledge of the Aceh Rugby Team about the Rugby Union 7s Game Regulations ahead of the 2021 national sports week in Papua. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach with descriptive research type. The data sources in this study were Aceh Rugby athletes. The data collection technique was carried out by means of multiple choice questions, namely "a form of test that has one correct answer or the most appropriate suggests that in objective tests, multiple choice types reveal many aspects of understanding". Referring to the opinions of experts, the types of objective tests used in this study were multiple choice and documentation data. The data is processed using statistics in the form of calculating the average value and percentage. Based on the results of data analysis on the Level of Knowledge of the Aceh Rugby Team About Rugby Union 7s Game Rugby Union XX PON Papua 2021, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of Aceh Rugby team athletes about Rugby Union 7s game rules ahead of the 2021 National Sports Week (PON) in Papua is in the very good category with a score of 82.71, with details: (1). The level of knowledge of the Aceh Rugby team athletes about the rules in the Rugby Union 7s playing field is in the good category with a score of 77.71, with details 67% very good, 8% good and 25% sufficient. (2). The level of knowledge of the Aceh Rugby team athletes about fouls in the Rugby Union 7s game is in the very good category with a score of 90.50, with details 88% very good, 8% good and 4% bad (3). The level of knowledge of the Aceh Rugby team athletes about restarting the Rugby Union 7s game is in the very good category with a score of 79.88, with details of 59% very good, 33% good category and 8% ka enough category.
