A study of how computer assist language learning (call) have improved the skills of students specially writing and how it affects the nowadays outcome of learning new languages, as students today do not write only for their diary by their hand writing but they are using technology. today, even at universities they get homework and assignments and submit them via the internet. they are living in a vitural network of life. this way, students can improve their writing skill and also their english language, as it is the unifying language of the world. the use of call is now become a new trend in language learning and instruction, because the technological development and advancement has enabled this application. but one of the obstacle is computer technology still bas weakness and limitation. so, before applying call program for improve our teaching or to help student learning and overcome the passive habit of the students.
