Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pascasarjana universitas syiah kuala pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan komitmen profesional terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai serta dampaknya pada kinerja rumah sakit umum cut nyak dhien aceh barat oleh teuku larmanda nim : 1701202010035 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing pertama : dr. amri, se. m.si pembimbing kedua : dr. iskandarsyah madjid, se, mm tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi komitmen organisasi, komitmen profesional, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh komitmen profesional terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, pengaruh komitmen profesional terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja pegawai, pengaruh komitmen profesional terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja pegawai. objek penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi dan komitmen profesional pekerjaan terhadap motivasi kerja dan implikasinya pada kinerja pegawai. peralatan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji deskriptif yaitu untuk menguji model statistik deskriptif berdasarkan nilai rerata dan uji verfikatif dengan menggunakan peralatan analisis data structural equation modelling (sem) dengan bantuan program amos. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, komitmen profesional, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai sudah berjalan dengan baik, terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasi, komitmen profesional terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan komitmen profesional terhadap kinerja pegawai dan terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan komitmen profesional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pegawai rumah sakit umum cut nyak dhien aceh barat. kata kunci: komitmen organisasi, komitmen profesional, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai

M.Si Co-Supervisor : Dr. Iskandarsyah Madjid, SE, MM The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of organizational commitment, professional commitment, work motivation on employee performance, the effect of professional commitment on employee performance, the effect of organizational commitment on employee work motivation, the effect of professional commitment on employee motivation, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of organizational commitment to performance through employee work motivation, the effect of professional commitment on performance through employee work motivation. The object of this research is organizational commitment and work professional commitment to work motivation and its implications for employee performance. The data analysis equipment used in this research is descriptive test, which is to test descriptive statistical models based on the mean value and verification test using structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis equipment with the help of the AMOS program. The results show that organizational commitment, professional commitment, work motivation and employee performance have been going well, there is an influence of organizational commitment, professional commitment on employee work motivation, there is an influence of work motivation on employee performance, there is an influence of organizational commitment and professional commitment on employee performance. and there is an effect of organizational commitment and professional commitment on employee performance through the work motivation of the Cut Nyak Dhien Aceh Barat General Hospital employees..
