Abstrak. kebutuhan air dosmetik yaitu kebutuhan air yang digunakan pada tempat-tempat hunian pribadi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti, memasak, mencuci, dan keperluan rumah tangga lainnya. kebutuhan air bersih semakin lama semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk di masa yang akan datang. akibat dari pandemi covid-19 ini penggunaan kebutuhan air tidak hanya untuk kebutuhan domestic dan non domestik namun sudah bertambah menjadi kebutuhan untuk mencuci tangan. penelitian ini diawali dengan pengambilan data di pdam tirta daroy dan badan pusat statistik (bps), kemudian dilanjutkan pengambilan data pemakaian air cuci tangan di beberapa lokasi seperti universitas syiah kuala, sdn 16 banda aceh, smpn 8 banda aceh, sman 5 banda aceh, pasar lampulo, pasar aceh dan beberapa rumah tangga. hasil pengambilan data tersebut dihitung untuk mendapatkan hasil kebutuhan air domestik dan kebutuhan air cuci tangan. dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus neraca air untuk mengetahui rasio kebutuhan air sebelum dan saat covid-19 terjadi. penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan desember 2020 sampai februari 2021. berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, didapatkan hasil yaitu hasil neraca air tahun 2020 mendapatkan nilai surplus sehingga kebutuhan air domestik dan kebutuhan air cuci tangan pada tahun tersebut terpenuhi oleh pdam. dan untuk tahun 2021 hingga 2030 hasil perhitungan neraca air juga mendapatkan nilai surplus. maka ketersediaan air oleh pdam akan terus terpenuhi untuk kebutuhan air domestik dan kebutuhan air cuci tangan sampai tahun 2030.

Abstract. Domestic water needs is the need for water used in private residential areas to meet daily needs such as cooking, washing and other household needs. The need for clean water will continue to increase along with the increase in population in the future. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of water needs is not only for domestic and non-domestic needs but has increased to the need for washing hands. This research begins with data collection at PDAM Tirta Daroy and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), then continues to collect data on the use of hand washing water in several locations such as Syiah Kuala University, SDN 16 Banda Aceh, SMPN 8 Banda Aceh, SMAN 5 Banda Aceh, Pasar Lampulo, Pasar Aceh and several households. The results of the data collection are calculated to obtain the results of domestic water needs and water needs for washing hands. Followed by calculations using the water balance formula to find out the ratio of water needs before and when Covid-19 occurred. This research was conducted from December 2020 to February 2021. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the results of the 2020 water balance obtained a surplus value so that domestic water needs and hand washing water needs in that year were met by PDAM. And for the years 2021 to 2030 the water balance calculation results will also get a surplus value. So the availability of water by PDAM will continue to be fulfilled for domestic water needs and the need for hand washing water until 2030.
