Abstract this study aims to determine the concept of electronic money in terms of maqashid sharia. knowing the implementation of the use of e-money in the context of maqashid sharia. this research uses a qualitative approach, this research is an expert in islamic economic law who has mastered the fiqh of the content, the exporter and the users of e-money. the technique of collecting interview data and documentation. data analysis, namely descriptive analysis. the results showed. the concept of e-money is viewed from the maqashid sharia. in the context of maqashid sharia, e-money is requested with a note that it must consider aspects of sharia, in this case the form of sharia that is concerned is not usury. the implementation of the use of e-money in the context of maqashid sharia, namely the implementation of e-money is a non-cash financial transaction using various applications that have cellphones. keywords: e-money, maqashid syariah abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui konsep e-money ditinjau dari maqashid syariah. mengetahui implementasi penggunaan e-money dalam konteks maqashid syariah. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sabjek penelitian ini adalah pakar hukum ekonomi islam yang telah menguasai fiqh kontenporer dan pengguna e-money. teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi, analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif. hasil penelitian menunjukkan. konsep emoney ditinjau dari maqashid syariah. dalam konteks maqashid syariah e-money diperbolehkan dengan catatan harus mempertimbangkan unsur-unsur syariat dalam hal ini bentuk syariat yang diperhatikan adalah unsur riba. implementasi penggunaan e-money dalam konteks maqashid syariah yaitu implementasi emoney adalah transaksi keuangan dengan cara non tunai menggunakan berbagai aplikasi yang ada handphone. kata kunci: e-money, maqashid syariah
