Abstrak penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil perubahan yang siginifikan untuk pertarungan lokal terjadi pada pemilu periode 2019-2024 kemarin. untuk suara di kabupaten, suara gerindra merupakan suara tertinggi di kabupaten. untuk perolehan suara badan (caleg) tertinggi diraih hadi surya s.tp, mt (gerindra) dengan jumlah suara 1.875, dan suara total partai 2.377. sedangkan di dpra, gerindra aceh selatan berhasil mengirimkan kadernya yang bernama safaruddin s.sos untuk menduduki parlemen dan mengambil posisi penting sebagai wakil ketua dpr aceh. tujuan penelitian adalah untuk megetahui konsep pendirian partai dan proses kaderisasi yang dijalankan dpc partai gerindra kabupaten aceh selatan serta untuk mengetahui keberhasilan peningkatan kursi dewan dari partai gerindra kabupaten aceh selatan dipengaruhi oleh fungsi kaderisasi partai atau tidak. metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. hasil penelitian berdasarkan teori partai politik, teori elektabilitas serta konsep kaderisasi menunjukkan bahwa proses kaderisasi yang dijalankan dpc partai gerindra kabupaten aceh selatan adalah melalui pemgkaderan umum dan pengkaderan khusus. pengkaderan umum yaitu pengkaderan ini ditujukan untuk kader madya. yaitu kader penggalang dan kader fungsional. salah satu bentuk pengkaderan umum yang telah dilaksanakan partai gerindra aceh selatan adalah konsolidasi. kegiatan ini diikuti oleh pengurus partai gerindra aceh selatan dan kader-kader tingkat se-kecamatan. sedangkan pengkaderan khusus yaitu untuk kader-kader yang ditargetkan untuk mencapai posisi-posisi strategi dalam pemilu yairtu sebagai calon anggota legislatif. keberhasilan penambahan kursi dewan dari partai gerindra kabupaten aceh selatan sangat dipengaruhi oleh fungsi kaderisasi dari partai. penambahan kursi dewan dari dpc partai gerindra kabupaten aceh selatan dan mendapatkan posisi sentral yaitu sebagai wakil ketua dpr aceh adalah merupakan hasil kaderisasi yang baik yang telah diupayakan oleh dpc partai gerindra aceh selatan. kata kunci : kaderisasi, elektabilitas, dpc partai gerindra aceh selatan abstract this research is motivated by the results of significant changes for local battles that occurred in the 2019-2024 elections yesterday. for votes in the regency, gerindra's vote is the highest vote in the regency. hadi surya s.tp, mt (gerindra) won the highest body votes with 1,875 votes, and 2,377 total party votes. while at the dpra, gerindra aceh selatan succeeded in sending a cadre named safaruddin s. sos to occupy the parliament and take an important position as deputy chair of the aceh dpr. the research objective was to determine the concept of the establishment of the party and the process of regeneration carried out by the gerindra party dpc, south aceh regency and to determine the success of increasing the board seat of the gerindra party in south aceh regency is influenced by the function of party regeneration or not. the method used is qualitative with data collection techniques, namely by means of observation, documentation and interviews. the results of the research based on political party theory, electability theory and the concept of regeneration show that the regeneration process carried out by the gerindra party dpc south aceh regency is through general cadre and special cadre. general cadre, namely this cadre is intended for middle cadres. namely the cadre of fundraising and functional cadres. one form of general cadre that has been carried out by the gerindra party in south aceh is consolidation. this activity was attended by the management of the south aceh gerindra party and cadres at the sub-district level. while the special cadre is for cadres who are targeted to achieve strategic positions in elections, namely as candidates for legislative members. the success of adding seats to the board of the gerindra party of south aceh regency is strongly influenced by the regeneration function of the party. the addition of a board seat from the gerindra party dpc, south aceh regency and getting a central position, namely as deputy chairman of the aceh dpr, is the result of good regeneration that has been pursued by the south aceh gerindra party dpc. keywords: cadreization, electability, dpc gerindra party south aceh
