Faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya mutu pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di provinsi aceh menurut persepsi pelaksana konstruksi rizki aryanda nim 1804201010030 program studi magister teknik sipil jurusan teknik sipil - fakultas teknik universitas syiah kuala abstrak rendahnya mutu adalah ketidaksesuaian antara realisasi fisik terhadap spesifikasi yang tercantum di dalam dokumen kontrak. beberapa proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di provinsi aceh, pernah dihadapkan dengan rendahnya mutu. rendahnya mutu mengakibatkan pemerintah provinsi aceh tidak mendapatkan mutu proyek yang sesuai dengan kontrak. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktorfaktor dan faktor dominan yang menyebabkan rendahnya mutu pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di provinsi aceh. proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di provinsi aceh yang ditinjau adalah proyek yang menggunakan sumber dana dari anggaran pendapatan belanja daerah (apbd) mulai dari tahun 2015-2020. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara dan metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner. populasi berjumlah sebanyak 1.610 perusahaan kontraktor, sedangkan sampel berjumlah sebanyak 195 perusahaan kontraktor. faktor-faktor rendahnya mutu yang dievaluasi adalah faktor sumber daya manusia, material, peralatan, metode pelaksanaan, keuangan, kondisi lingkungan dan iklim, kebijakan pemerintah, dan faktor korupsi. teknik analisis data digunakan deskriptif kualitatif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, deskriptif kuantitatif, dan pca melalui bantuan software spss. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya mutu pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di provinsi aceh terdapat 8 faktor yaitu faktor sumber daya manusia dan korupsi, material, metode pelaksanaan, peralatan, kondisi lingkungan dan iklim, waktu, keuangan, dan faktor kebijakan pemerintah. faktor yang dominan menyebabkan rendahnya mutu pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di provinsi aceh adalah faktor sumber daya manusia dan korupsi dengan varian sebesar 33,650%. kata kunci: mutu, proyek, konstruksi, bangunan, gedung, provinsi aceh factors caused low quality in building construction projects in aceh province according to the perception of construction implementation rizki aryanda student number 1804201010030 master program of civil engineering civil engineering department of engineering faculty university syiah kuala abstract low quality is the mismatch between the physical realization and the specifications stated in the contract document. several building construction projects in aceh province, have faced low quality. the low quality resulted in the aceh provincial government not getting the project quality according to the contract. this study aims to analyze the dominant factors and factors that cause the low quality of building construction projects in aceh province. building construction projects in aceh province under review are projects that use funding sources from the regional budget (apbd) starting from 2015-2020. this study uses a qualitative method approach through interviews and quantitative methods through a questionnaire. the population was 1,610 contractor companies, while the sample consisted of 195 contractor companies. the factors of low quality that are evaluated are human resources, materials, equipment, implementation methods, finance, environmental and climatic conditions, government policies, and factors of corruption. the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative, validity test, reliability test, quantitative descriptive, and pca with the help of spss software. the results showed that the factors that caused the low quality of building construction projects in aceh province were 8 factors, namely human resources and corruption, materials, implementation methods, equipment, environmental and climatic conditions, time, finance, and government policy factors. the dominant factors causing the low quality of building construction projects in aceh province are human resources and corruption with a variant of 33.650%. key words: quality, projects, construction, buildings, buildings, aceh province
