Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan dan teknologi terhadap kinerja operasional yang dimediasi oleh kolaborasi rantai pasokan. populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah usaha kecil dan menengah yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur di kota banda aceh yang terdiri dari 910 bisnis, tetapi hanya 278 yang diambil sebagai sampel. teknik yang di gunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. peralatan pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. metode structural equation modeling (sem) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang terlibat. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional, tetapi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kolaborasi rantai pasokan. teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional dan teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kolaborasi rantai pasokan. penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kolaborasi rantai pasokan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional. kepercayaan yang dimediasi oleh kolaborasi rantai pasokan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja operasional. dan, teknologi yang dimediasi oleh kolaborasi rantai pasokan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional. kata kunci: kepercayaan, teknologi, kinerja operasional, kolaborasi rantai pasokan, structural equation modeling. abstract the purpose of this study is to discover the effect of trust and technology towards operational performance mediated by supply chain collaboration. the population used in this study were small and medium manufacturing enterprises within banda aceh city it consists approximately 910 businesses, but only 278 are taken as samples. the sampling technique being used on data gathering is proportional stratified random sampling. the tool being used on data gathering is questionnaire. the structural equation modeling is used on analytical method to determine the effect of variables involved. the result shows that trust is not impacted significantly to the operational performance, but it has a significant effect on supply chain collaboration. technology has a significant effect on the operational performance and technology has a significant effect on supply chain collaboration. this study also find that supply chain collaboration is not impacted significantly to the operational performance. trust mediated by supply chain collaboration is not affected to operational performance. and, technology mediated by supply chain collaboration is not affected significantly to operational performance. keywords: trust, technology, operational performance, supply chain collaboration, structural equation modeling.
