Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pascasarjana universitas syiah kuala pengaruh kompetensi, inovasi organisasi dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor wilayah bpn provinsi aceh oleh teuku fazrul afrizal nim : 1901202010026 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing pertama : dr. mukhlis. se. ms pembimbing kedua : dr. said musnadi, se, m.si penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi, inovasi organisasi, beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh inovasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pengawai. pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, pengaruh inovasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan pengaruh lingkungan ker terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai serta pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai dari kepuasan kerja, pengaruh tidak langsung inovasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dari kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh tidak langsung beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dari kepuasan kerja. penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kantor wilayah bpn provinsi aceh dengan memilih objek penelitian meliputi kompetensi, inovasi organisasi dan beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompetensi, inovasi organisasi dan beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada kantor wilayah bpn provinsi aceh berjalan secara normal karena didapatkan nilai rerata lebih besar dari nilai rerata harapan. kemudian hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa kompetensi, inovasi organisasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan juga terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta adanya pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi, inovasi organisasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dari kepuasan kerja pegawai kantor wilayah bpn provinsi aceh. kata kunci: kompetensi, inovasi organisasi, beban kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai abstract abstract of final paper submitted to the examination committee in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of master of management on graduate program of syiah kuala university the effect of competency, organizational innovation and work expenses on job satisfaction and its implications on the performance of employees in bpn regional office, aceh province by teuku fazrul afrizal s/n : 1901202010026 specialization : general management supervisor : dr. mukhlis. se. ms co-supervisor : dr. said musnadi, se, m.si this study aims to determine competence, organizational innovation, workload, job satisfaction and employee performance. the influence of competence on employee performance, the influence of organizational innovation on employee performance and the effect of workload on employee performance. the influence of competence on employee job satisfaction, the influence of organizational innovation on employee job satisfaction and the influence of the working environment on employee job satisfaction and the effect of work motivation on employee performance. indirect influence of competence on employee performance from job satisfaction, indirect effect of organizational innovation on employee performance from job satisfaction and indirect effect of workload on employee performance from job satisfaction. this research was conducted at the regional office of bpn aceh province by selecting research objects including competence, organizational innovation and workload, job satisfaction and employee performance. the results of this study prove that the competence, organizational innovation and workload, job satisfaction and employee performance at the aceh provincial bpn regional office are running normally because the average value is greater than the average expected value. then the test results prove that competence, organizational innovation and workload have a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction and also on employee performance, as well as the indirect influence of competence, organizational innovation and workload on employee performance from job satisfaction of the aceh province bpn regional office employees. keywords : competence, organizational innovation, workload, job satisfaction and employee performance
