FAKHRINNISA HABIBIE DAMANIK, “GAMBARAN HISTOPATOLOGI INSANG IKAN LELE (CLARIAS BATRACUS) YANG TERPAPAR EKTOPARASIT DACTYLOGYRUS SP. Banda Aceh Universitas Syiah Kuala,2021

Abstrak insang merupakan organ yang rentan terserang parasit. salah satu ektoparasit yang sering ditemukan pada ikan lele (clarias batracus) adalah dactylogyrus sp. tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui gambaran insang ikan lele (clarias batracus) yang terpapar ektoparasit dactylogyrus sp secara histopatologi. penelitian ini menggunakan 5 ekor ikan yang diduga terpapar. identifikasi spesies dactylogyrus sp. menggunakan metode natif. preparat histopatologi dibuat dengan pewarnaan haematoksilin-eosin (he). hasil penelitian dianalisi secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk gambar histopatologi. dari hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa 5 ekor ikan lele positif terpapar ektoparasit dactylogyrus sp. hasil pemeriksaan histopatologi ditemukan adanya hiperplasia, fusi, atropi serta rupturnya lamella sekunder. berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi perubahan secara histopatolgi ikan lele pada insang yang terpapar ektoparasit dactylogyrus sp. kata kunci: histopatologi, insang, ikan lele, dactylogyrus sp. abstract gills are the more susceptible organs attacked to parasites. on of the ectoparasites found in catfish (clarias batracus) is dactylogyrus sp. this study aims to determine the histophatology of catfish exposed to ectoparasite dactylogyrus sp. five catfish were used in this research. to identify the dactylogyrus sp parasitic spesies on the gills were used native method. hematoxilineosin (he) staining were used to gills histopathology of catfish preparation that has exposed to ectoparasite dactylogyrus sp. the result of this research was analyzed with descriptively and presented in histopathology changes. the identification showed that five of catfish were positively exposed. the histopathology changes showed there were hyperplasia, fusion, atrophy and rupture of secondary lamella. based on the results of this research it can be concluded that were histopathology changes in the gills of catfish exposed to ectoparasite dactylogyrus sp. keyword: histophatology, gills, catfih, dactylogyrus sp
