Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pascasarjana universitas syiah kuala pengaruh standarisasi kompetensi pekerja mekanik terhadap keunggulan operasional perusahaan melalui produktivitas pekerja dan produktivitas unit produksi di pt cipta kridatama site mifa meulaboh aceh barat indonesia oleh badruzzaman timora nim : 1801202010039 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing pertama : dr. hafasnuddin, se. mba pembimbing kedua : dr. sofyan, se. mba tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) mendeskripsikan standarisasi kompetensi pekerja mekanik, keunggulan operasional perusahaan, produktivitas pekerja dan produktivitas unit produksi (2) pengaruh standarisasi kompetensi pekerja mekanik terhadap produktivitas pekerja, (3) pengaruh standarisasi kompetensi pekerja mekanik terhadap produktivitas unit produksi (4) pengaruh produktivitas pekerja terhadap keunggulan operasional (5) pengaruh produktivitas unit produksi terhadap keunggulan operasional, (6) pengaruh standarisasi kompetensi pekerja mekanik terhadap keunggulan operasional perusahaan (7) pengaruh standarisasi kompetensi pekerja mekanik terhadap keunggulan operasional perusahaan melalui produktivitas pekerja (8) pengaruh standarisasi kompetensi pekerja mekanik terhadap keunggulan operasional perusahaan melalui produktivitas unit produksi. adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah standarisasi kompetensi pekerja, keunggulan operasional perusahaan, produktivitas pekerja dan produktivitas unit produksi. hasil penlitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh standar kompetensi positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pekerja, terdapat pengaruh standar kompetensi terhadap produktivitas unit produksi, produktivitas pekerja terhadap keunggulan operasional, produktivitas unit produksi terhadap keunggulan operasional, standar kompetensi terhadap keunggulan operasional, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung standar kompetensi terhadap keunggulan operasional melalui produktivitas pekerjanya dan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung standar kompetensi terhadap keunggulan operasional melalui produktivitas unit produksi. kata kunci: standar kompetensi, produktivitas kerja, produktivitas unit produksi, dan keunggulan operasional. abstract abstract of final paper submitted to the examination committee in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of master of management on graduate program of syiah kuala university the effect of mechanical worker competency standardization on company operational advantages through the productivity of workers and the productivity of the production unit in pt cipta kridatama site mifa meulaboh aceh barat indonesia by badruzzaman timora nim : 1801202010039 specialization : general management supervisor : dr. hafasnuddin, se. mba co-supervisor : dr. sofyan, se. mba the purpose of this study was to determine: (1) to describe the standardization of competence of mechanical workers, company operational excellence, worker productivity and productivity of production units (2) the effect of standardization of competence of mechanical workers on worker productivity, (3) the effect of standardization of competence of mechanical workers on productivity of production units. (4) the influence of worker productivity on operational excellence (5) the effect of production unit productivity on operational excellence, (6) the effect of standardization of competency of mechanical workers on company operational excellence (7) the effect of standardization of competency of mechanical workers on company operational excellence through worker productivity (8) the effect of standardization of competency of mechanical workers on the company's operational excellence through the productivity of the production unit. as for the object of this research is the standardization of worker competence, company operational excellence, worker productivity and productivity of production units. the results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence of competency standards on worker productivity, there is an effect of competency standards on production unit productivity, worker productivity on operational excellence, production unit productivity on operational excellence, competency standards on operational excellence, there is an indirect effect of competency standards on operational excellence. operational excellence through employee productivity and there is an indirect effect of competency standards on operational excellence through the productivity of the production unit. keywords : competency standards, work productivity, production unit productivity, and operational excellence
