Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh keberlanjutan sosial rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan yang dimediasi oleh kinerja pemasok dan kinerja operasional. usaha mikro dan kecil yang bergerak dalam industri manufaktur digunakan sebagai populasi. terdiri atas 2.871 usaha di kota banda aceh, namun hanya 351 pelaku usaha yang diambil sebagai sampel. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dan jenis pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. metode structural equation modeling digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel–variabel yang ikut terlibat. hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pada kinerja operasional sebagai variabel mediasi antara keberlanjutan sosial rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan sementara tidak terdapat pengaruh kinerja pemasok pada usaha mikro dan kecil di kota banda aceh. kata kunci : keberlanjutan sosial rantai pasokan, kinerja pemasok, kinerja operasional, kinerja rantai pasokan, structural equation modeling. abstract the purpose of this study is to measure the effect of supply chain social sustainability towards performance supply chain mediated by supplier and operational performances. micro and small manufacturing enterprises within banda aceh city are used as population. it consists approximately 2.871 businesses in banda aceh, but only 351 are taken as samples. the sampling technique uses probability sampling and the type of sampling is proportionate stratified random sampling. data was collected through survey using questionnaire. the structural equation modeling is used on analytical method to determine the effect of variables involved. the result shows that operational performance plays major role on social sustainability of supply chain towards performance supply chain while supplier performance has no effect at all on micro and small enterprises in banda aceh. keywords : supply chain social sustainability, supplier performance, operational performance, supply chain performance, structural equation modeling.
