Abstract abstract of final paper submitted to the examination committee in partial fulfilment of the reguiment for the degree of master of manajemen on graduation program of syiah kuala university optimize the workplace spirituality and employee loyalty to achieve operational excellence through employee engagement (study in pt cipta kridatama site mifa, meulaboh) by: irham npm : 1801202010023 specialization : general management supervisor : prof. dr. a. rahman lubis, m.sc co-supervisor : dr. t. roli ilhamsyah putra., s.e., m.m this study aims to examine the optimization factors of the comfort of the spiritual work environment and employee loyalty to employee engagement to achieve operational excellence at pt cipta kridatama, mifa site, meulaboh, aceh barat, indonesia. the number of samples in this study was determined as many as 267 employees, then the data were analyzed using the amos program through structural equestion modeling (sem). the results showed that the spiritual work environment and employee loyalty directly affect the operational excellence of the company, the spiritual work environment and employee loyalty influence the employee work engagement and work engagement directly affect the operational excellence of the company. work engagement is known to partially mediate the relationship of the spiritual work environment to the operational excellence of the company and then work engagement fully mediates the relationship of employee loyalty to the operational excellence of the company. this research indicates that to improve operational excellence, the company must pay attention to the spiritual work environment of the company's operations. moreover, the province of aceh is one of the provinces that implement islamic law, so employees must be able to adjust to their work environment. likewise with employee loyalty, where employees who are loyal at work will always work earnestly to achieve company goals. keywords: spiritual work environment, worker loyalty, worker engagement and operational excellence abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pasca sarjana universitas syiah kuala optimasi kenyamanan lingkungan kerja spiritual dan loyalitas pekerja berbasis keterikatan pekerja untuk mencapai keunggulan operasional di pt cipta kridatama, site mifa, meulaboh oleh: irham npm : 1801202010023 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing pertama : prof. dr. a. rahman lubis, m.sc pembimbing kedua : dr. t. roli ilhamsyah putra., s.e.,m.m penelitian ini bertujuan menguji faktor optimasi kenyamanan lingkungan kerja spiritual dan loyalitas pekerja terhadap keterikatan pekerja untuk mencapai keunggulan operasional di pt cipta kridatama, site mifa, meulaboh, aceh barat, indonesia. jumlah sampel dalam penlitian ini ditentukan sebanyak 267 karyawan, selanjutnya data di analisis mengunakan program amos melalui struktural equestion modeling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja spriritual dan loyalitas pekerja berpengaruh secara langusng terhadap keunggulan operasional perusahaan, selanjutya lingkungan kerja spriritual dan loyalitas pekerja berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan dan keterikatan kerja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keunggulan operasional perusahaan. keterikatan kerja diketahui memediasi secara partial terhadap hubungan lingkungan kerja spriritual terhadap keunggulan operasional perusahaan kemudian keterikatan kerja memediasi secara penuh terhadap hubungan loyalitas pekerja terhadap keunggulan operasional peusahaan. penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan keunggulan operasional harus memperhatikan lingkungan kerja spriritual diwilyah operasional perusahaan. terlebih provinsi aceh merupakan salah satu provinsi yang menerapkan syariat islam, sehingga bagi karyawan harus mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan kerjanya. begitu pula dengan loyalitas pekerja, dimana karyawan yang loyal dalam bekerja akan senantiasi bekerja dengan sungguh-sungguh untuk mencapai tujuan perushaan. kata kunci: lingkungan kerja spiritual, loyalitas pekerja, keterikatan pekerja dan keunggulan operasional.
