Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh pelayanan, kemudahan, kepercayaan, dan religiusitas terhadap minat membayar ziswaf melalui mobile banking di kota banda aceh. teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan total sampel untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan, kemudahan, kepercayaan dan religiusitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat masyarakat membayar ziswaf melalui mobile banking di kota banda aceh. secara parsial variabel pelayanan, kemudahan, kepercayaan, dan religiusitas berpengaruh positif terhadap minat masyarakat membayar ziswaf melalui mobile banking di kota banda aceh. variabel dominan yang berpengaruh adalah religiusitas kesadaran masyarakat yang tinggi dalam ziswaf. hal ini berimplikasi bahwa perbankan memiliki peluang yang dalam penggunaan mobile banking sehingga diharapkan pihak perbankan dapat lebih meningkatkan pelayanan, memberikan kemudahan akses, serta rasa kepercayaan masyarakat untuk melakukan pembayaran ziswaf melalui mobile banking agar pengoptimalan ziswaf juga terwujud. kata kunci: religiusitas, kemudahan, kepercayaan, pelayanan, ziswaf mobile banking abstract this study aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the effect of service, convenience, trustworthiness, and religiosity on the interest in paying ziswaf through mobile banking in the city of banda aceh. the sampling technique was purposive sampling, so that the total sample for this study was 100 respondents. the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. the results showed that service, easiness, trust and religiosity had a simultaneous effect on people's interest in paying ziswaf through mobile banking in banda aceh city. partially service, convenience, trust, and religiosity variables have a positive effect on people's interest in paying ziswaf through mobile banking in banda aceh city. the dominant variable which influences is the high religiosity of public awareness in ziswaf. this implies that banks have opportunities in using mobile banking so that it is hoped that the banking sector can further improve services, provide easy access, and a sense of public confidence in making ziswaf payments via mobile banking so that ziswaf optimization can also be realized. keywords: religiosity, ease, trust, service, and service, mobile banking. ?
