(8) the effect of member performance on organizational performance; (9) the effect of communication on organizational performance through member performance; (10) the effect of education on organizational performance through member performance and 11) the effect of trust on organizational performance through member performance. as for the objects of this research are communication, education and trust in member performance and organizational performance. the results showed that communication, education, trust, employee performance and organizational performance of the pidie regional police traffic police unit were running well, communication, education and taist both simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of members, then the research results also proved that communication, education and trust both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and member performance has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance and there is an influence of communication, education and trust on the organizational performance of pidie regional police traffic unit through member performance. keywords. communication, education, trust, member performance and organizational performance abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pascasarjana universitas syiah kuala pengaruh kom unik a si, pendidikan, dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja anggota serta implikasinya pada kinerja satuan lalu lintas polres pidie 01 eh rina bln tar handay am nim : 1609200020053 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing pertama : dr. mukhlis. se. ms pembimbing kedua : dr. said musnadi, se, m.si tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis/menguji: (1) keadaan komunikasi, pendidikan, kepercayaan, kinerja anggota dan kinerja organisasi satlantas polres pidie; (2) pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja anggota; (3) pengaruh pendidikan terhadap kinerja anggota; (4) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kinerja anggota dan (5) pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi; (6) pengaruh pendidikan terhadap kinerja organisasi; (7) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kinerja organisasi, (8) pengaruh kinerja anggota terhadap kinerja organisasi; (9) pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja anggota; (10) pengaruh pendidikan terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja anggota dan 11) pengaaih kepercayaan terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja anggota. adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah komunikasi, pendidikan dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja anggota dan kinerja organisasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi, pendidikan, kepercayaan, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi satlantas polres pidie sudah berjalan dengan baik, komunikasi, pendidikan dan kepercayaan baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota, kemudian hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa komunikasi, pendidikan dan kepercayaan baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan kinerja anggota berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi serta terdapat pengaruh komunikasi, pendidikan dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja organisasi satlantas polres pidie melalui kinerja anggota. katakunci: komunikasi, pendidikan, kepercayaan, kinerja anggota dan kinerja organisasi
