Abstrak penelitian ini berjudul strategi komunikasi efektif pusat pelayanan perlindungan anak (p2tp2a) rumoh putroe aceh provinsi aceh dalam melayani korban pelecehan seksual pada anak di kota banda aceh. teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perencanaan strategi komunikasi p2tp2a rumoh putroe aceh provinsi aceh. metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara terhadap informan yang 3 (tiga) orang informan dengan pemilihan informan sekelompok orang yang mempunyai karakteristik tertentu. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi p2tp2a dengan melakukan pelayanan pengaduan, konseling, kesehatan, rehabilitas, pendampingan hukum, pemulangan, reintegrasi sosial dan juga memberikan layanan komunikasi dan informasi melalui web resmi dalam perkembangan jejaringan secara efektif. kata kunci: strategi, komunikasi, efektif, p2tp2a, anak. abstract this research is entitled effective communication stategy for child protection service center (p2tp2a) rumoh putroe aceh province of acch in serving victims of child sexual abuse in banda aceh city. the theory used in this research is the communication strategy planning p2tp2a rumoh putroe aceh province aceh. the method in this research is descriptive qualitative with interviews, observationsn as data collection techniques. data collection tecniques in this study used interviews with 3 (three) informants by selecting informants with a group of people who have certain characteristic. the result showed that the p2tp2a strategy was to provid complaint services, counseling, health, rehabilitation. legal assistance return, social reintegration as well as providing communication and information services via the official web in order to develop the network effectively. keywords: strategy, communication, effective, p2tp2a, child.
