Tugas akhir sarjana identifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya klaim dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi di kota banda aceh nurdianti 1604101010027 program studi sarjana teknik sipil jurusan teknik sipil-fakultas teknik universitas syiah kuala abstrak klaim berarti adanya suatu perubahan antara apa yang diperjanjikan dalam kontrak dengan apa yang pada kenyataannya terjadi di lapangan. berdasarkan persepsi kontraktor, klaim yang paling sering terjadi mengenai waktu dan biaya yang dapat mengubah isi kontrak sehingga salah satu pihak mengalami kerugian besar pada pelaksanaan konstruksi. pada penelitian ini, faktor-faktor penyebab timbulnya klaim dikelompokkan dalam 3 komponen yaitu faktor sebab-sebab umum, faktor dari pengguna jasa, dan faktor dari penyedia jasa. hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan dalam menyebabkan klaim dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi serta mengetahui keterkaitan antara faktor klaim terhadap realisasi waktu pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi di kota banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program spss versi 20. penelitian ini telah berhasil mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling dominan terjadinya klaim adalah faktor dari penyedia jasa dengan nilai perhitungan mean sebesar 4,48 yang terdiri dari 4 indikator yaitu pekerjaan yang cacat mutu, keterlambatan penyelesaian, kegagalan subkontraktor dalam menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan, dan pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai spesifikasi. keterkaitan antar faktor penyebab klaim terhadap perubahan realisasi waktu pelaksanaan memiliki hubungan kolerasi yang sedang karena didapat hasil sebesar 0,527 memiliki interpretasi nilai r berada diantara (0,40 - 0,599). faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perubahan realisasi waktu pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi adalah faktor sebab-sebab umum dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.127. kata kunci : klaim, penyedia jasa, pengguna jasa. final project of bachelor degree identification of factors causing the claim in construction project implementation in banda aceh city nurdianti 1604101010027 civil engineering department civil engineering major-engineering faculty syiah kuala university abstract claim means a change between what was agreed in the contract and what actually happened on the ground. based on the contractor's perception, the most frequent claims are about time and costs that can change the contents of the contract so that one party incurs a large loss in construction. in this study, the factors that cause claims are grouped into 3 components, namely general causes, factors from service users, and factors from service providers. the results of this study aim to determine the most dominant factors in causing claims in construction implementation and to determine the relationship between claim factors and the realization of construction project implementation time in banda aceh city. this research uses descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of spss version 20 program. this research has succeeded in identifying the most dominant factor in the occurrence of claims is the service provider factor with a mean calculation value of 4.48 consisting of 4 indicators, namely jobs quality defects, delays in completion, failure of subcontractors to carry out their duties according to the specified time, and work that does not meet specifications. the relationship between the factors causing the claim to the change in the realization of the implementation time has a moderate correlation because the result is 0.527 which means that the r value is between (0.40 - 0.599). the factors that most influence the change in the realization of the construction project implementation time are general causes with a regression coefficient of 0,127. keywords: claim, service providers, service users.
