sipil-fakultas teknik universitas syiah kuala abstrak meningkatnya pergerakan arus lalu lintas dari tahun ke tahun di kota banda aceh menimbulkan dampak kemacetan arus lalu lintas yang nyata dan harus dihindari, sehingga memerlukan alternatif transportasi umum seperti bus untuk melakukan pergerakan dari tempat asal ke tempat tujuan. bus trans koetaradja menjadi salah satu langkah pemerintah kota banda aceh dalam mengurangi dampak dari meningkatnya arus lalu lintas. akan tetapi kualitas layanan yang diberikan sebelum pandemi masih tergolong rendah dan tidak sesuai harapan penggunanya sehingga perlu dievaluasi lagi tingkat kinerja operasional. penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja operasional bus trans koetaradja sesuai sk dirjen no.687/aj.206/drjd/2002 tentang pedoman teknis penyelenggara angkutan umum. metode yang digunakan adalah analisis teknis berupa kinerja operasional. dalam penelitian ini parameter kinerja angkutan umum yang dinilai adalah faktor muat, waktu perjalanan, frekuensi pelayanan, waktu antara, waktu tunggu, jumlah kendaraan yang beroperasi, dan waktu pelayanan. data – data parameter tersebut diperoleh dari analisis survei lapangan dengan mengamati objek penelitian secara langsung dan mengambil data primer dari hasil pengamatan. hasil dari penelitian ini didapat kinerja operasional bus trans koetaradja koridor 1 saat pandemi pada hari libur dan hari kerja berdasarkan indikator faktor muat sebesar 15% dan 11%, waktu perjalanan sebesar 2,47 menit/km dan 2,81 menit/km, kecepatan perjalanan sebesar 24,36 km/jam dan 21,73 km/jam, frekuensi pelayanan sebesar 3,78 kend/jam dan 5,56 kend/jam, waktu antara sebesar 28,35 menit dan 21,39 menit, waktu tunggu sebesar 14,18 menit dan 10,70 menit, waktu pelayanan sebesar 10,5 jam dan 13,5 jam, dan jumlah kendaraan yang beroperasi sebesar 25% dan 83,33%. dibandingkan saat sebelum pandemi nilai faktor muat sebesar 62,58%, waktu perjalanan sebesar 4,09 menit/km, kecepatan perjalanan sebesar 15 km/jam, frekuensi pelayanan sebesar 6 kend/jam, waktu antara sebesar 10 menit, waktu tunggu sebesar 5 menit, waktu pelayanan sebesar 13,5 jam, dan jumlah kendaraan yang beroperasi sebesar 100%. kinerja operasional trans koetaradja saat sebelum pandemi dikategorikan sedang sedangkan sebelum pandemi dikategorikan baik. kata kunci : bus trans koetaradja, kinerja operasional, pandemi covid department engineering faculty syiah kuala university abstract the increasing movement of traffic flows from year to year in the city of banda aceh has a real impact on traffic flow congestion and must be avoided, thus requiring alternative public transportation such as buses to move from their place of origin to their destination. the trans koetaradja bus is one of the steps of the banda aceh city government in reducing the impact of increasing traffic flow. however, the quality of services provided is still low and does not meet the expectations of its users, so it needs to be evaluated on the level of operational performance. this study aims to evaluate the operational performance of the trans koetaradja bus according to the sk dirjen no.687/aj.206/drjd/2002 on the technical guidelines for public transport administrators. the method used is technical analysis in the form of operational performance. in this study, the public transport performance parameters assessed are load factors, travel time, service frequency, intermediate time, waiting time, number of operating vehicles, and service time. these parameters are obtained from field survey analysis by observing the object of research directly and taking primary data from the observations. the results of this study obtained the operational performance of trans koetaradja bus corridor 1 during the pandemic on holidays and weekdays based on load factor indicators of 15% and 11%, travel time of 2.47 minutes / km and 2.81 minutes / km, travel speed. amounting to 24.36 km / hour and 21.73 km / hour, service frequency of 3.78 vehicles / hour and 5.56 vehicles / hour, time between 28.35 minutes and 21.39 minutes, waiting time of 14, 18 minutes and 10.70 minutes, service time is 10.5 hours and 13.5 hours, and the number of operating vehicles is 25% and 83.33%. compared to the pre-pandemic load factor value of 62.58%, travel time of 4.09 minutes / km, travel speed of 15 km / hour, service frequency of 6 vehicles / hour, intermediate time of 10 minutes, waiting time of 5 minutes , service time is 13.5 hours, and the number of operating vehicles is 100%. the operational performance of trans koetaradja before the pandemic was categorized as moderate while before the pandemic it was categorized as good. keywords: public transportation, trans koetaradja bus, operational performance.
