Kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan universitas syiah kuala fakultas keperawatan skripsi agustus 2020 xvi + vi bab + 70 halaman + 3 gambar +7 tabel + 1 skema + 13 lampiran tania rahmaputri 1612101010107 kesiapan mahasiswa semester akhir dalam pengurangan resiko infeksi dengan hand hygiene abstrak pengurangan resiko infeksi terkait pelayanan kesehatan merupakan sasaran ke 5 dari sasaran keselamatan pasien. pusat dari eliminasi infeksi merupakan kegiatan cuci tangan (hand hygiene) yang tepat. mahasiswa keperawatan mempunyai keterbatasan dalam pengalaman klinis sehingga mempunyai resiko untuk melakukan kesalahan dari aspek patient safety. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kesiapan mahasiswa semester akhir dalam pengurangan resiko infeksi dengan hand hygiene. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deksriptif dengan desain cross sectional study. responden pada penelitian ini adalah 76 mahasiswa. teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir keperawatan universitas syiah kuala. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kesiapan.data penelitian di analisis menggunakan ujidescriptive analytic. hasil penelitian didapatkan kesiapan mahasiswa tinggi (100%).diharapkan kepada mahasiswa untuk dapat mempertahankan kesiapan untuk melakukan pengurangan resiko infeksi baik dari segi fisik, psikis, dan materil. kata kunci : pengurangan resiko infeksi, cuci tangan,kesiapan,mahasiswa keperawatan, daftar bacaan : 18 buku, 39 jurnal (2010 - 2020) minister of education and culture syiah kuala university nursing faculty undergraduate thesis agustus , 2020 xvi + vi chapters + 70 pages + 3 picture + 7 tables + 1 scheme + 13 appendices tania rahmaputri 1512101010001 readiness of undergraduate student in reducing the risk of health-care associated infection with hand hygiene abstract reducing the risk of healthcare associated infection is the fiftth goals of patient safety goals. the main thing of infection elemination is doing hand hygiene properly . undergraduated nursing student have limitation in clinical background so they have risk to do error in patient safety aspect. the purpose of this study was to determine the overview the readiness of undegraduated student in reducing the risk of healthcare associated infection with hand hygiene. this study used descriptive with cross-sectional design. respondent of the study was 76 undergraduated nursing student. the sampling technique istotal sampling within the undergraduated student of nursing faculty of universitas syiah kuala. the technique of data collection used the readiness tools. the data was analyzed withdescriptive analytic. the results showed that the readiness of undergraduated student was in high level (100%). this study expect the undergraduated nursing student to maintain the readiness from all kind of aspect such as physically, psychologically, and materially. keywords : reducing the health-care associated infection, hand hygiene, readiness, undergraduated student references : 18 books,39 journals (2010-2020)
