Online information system of computerization by using intranet in smk negeri 1 sabang was proposed for doing all processing and managing academic data, such as: classing data, students data, teachers data, training and education subjects, classed• scoring, laboratorium data as the place of the student for doing learning teaching process and in inventories data. in this case, the method which was used to process the data using thriad php software which was used for designing the programs in creating the web, which functioned as front-end and mysql 05 as the place for saving data as back-end. this research would be obtaining and information system that can make data managing and data seeking will be easier and would be increasing the system performance, so that, it become faster and easier over computer-based facility. key word: php thriad, mysql 05
