Abstract this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the distribution of consumptive zakah on the well-being of the elderly in baitul mal aceh by using the program target variables, program socialization, program objectives and program supervision. the approach taken in this study uses quantitative methods. to obtain data, researcher distruibuted 117 questionnaires to respondents that has been selected using the probility sampling technique. then, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. the results showed that the program's target, program objectives and program supervision had a significant positive effect on the welfare of mustahik, while program socialization did not affect the welfare of mustahik. simultaneously, program target, program socialization, program objectives and program supervision have a significant effect on the welfare of mustahik. based on the above findings, it is expected that the baitul mal aceh will be more intense in disseminating zakah funds to the mustahik who will receive the benefits of the program. keywords: program target, program socialization, program objectives, program supervision, mustahik welfare (faqir uzur) ? abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyaluran zakat konsumtif terhadap kesejahteraan fakir uzur di baitul mal aceh dengan menggunakan variabel sasaran program, sosialisasi program, tujuan program dan pengawasan program. pendekatan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. kuesioner telah disebarkan kepada 117 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik probability sampling. kemudian, data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sasaran program, tujuan program dan pengawasan program berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik secara positif, sedangkan sosialisasi program tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. secara simultan, sasaran program, sosialisasi program, tujuan program dan pengawasan program berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan mustahik. berdasarkan temuan di atas, diharapkan pihak baitul mal aceh agar lebih fokus melakukan sosialisasi dana zakat kepada mustahik yang akan menerima manfaat program tersebut. kata kunci: sasaran program, sosialisasi program, tujuan program, pengawasan program, kesejahteraan mustahik (fakir uzur)
