Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pasca sarjana universitas syiah kuala pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan pemberdayaan struktural terhadap kinerja perawat dengan psychological empowerment sebagai variabel intervening di rumah sakit umum daerah dr. zainoel abidin banda aceh oleh: suhaimi nim : 1609200020029 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing utama : dr. amri, se. m.si pembimbing pembantu : dr. muslim, se, mba, ak, ca penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan pemberdayaan struktural terhadap kinerja perawat melalui psychological empowerment sebagai variabel interveving. mengambil sampel 133 orang perawat rumah sakit umum daerah zainoel abidin banda aceh, model analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modelling. penelitian menemukan bahwa dukungan organisasi dan pemberdayaan struktural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological empowerment dan kinerja perawat. keberadaan psychological empowerment memediasi pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan pemberdayaan struktural terhadap kinerja perawat. efek mediasi psychological empowerment adalah partial mediation bagi kedua variabel eksogen tersebut. kata kunci : kinerja perawat, psychological empowerment, dukungan organisasi dan pemberdayaan struktural. abstract abstract of final paper submitted to the examination committee in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of master of management on graduated program of syiah kuala university effect of organizational support and structural empowerment on the job performance of nurses with psychological empowerment as intervening variable in regional hospital zainoel abidin banda aceh by : suhaimi sn. 1609200020029 supervisor : dr. amri, se. m.si co-supervisor : dr. muslim, se, mba, ak, ca this study aims to investigate the effect of organizational support and structural empowerment and the job performance of nurses through psychological empowerment as intervening variable. being of 133 nurses working in regional hospital of dr. zainoel abidin (rsudza) banda aceh, analysis model employed is a structural equation modeling. the study pointed out that organizational support and structural empowerment have a positive and significant effect on psychological empowerment and the job performance of nurse. the existence of psychological empowerment mediates the effect organizational support and structural empowerment on the job performance of nurses. the mediation effect of the psychological empowerment is partial mediation for the two exogenous variables. keywords: job performance of nurses, psychological empowerment, organizational support and structural empowerment.
