Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pascasarjana universitas syiah kuala pengaruh penerapan e-kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin dan motivasi pegawai serta dampaknya pada kinerja pemerintah kota banda aceh oleh rekawani nim : 1801202010019 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing pertama : dr. permana honeyta lubis, se,mm pembimbing kedua : dr. sorayanti utami, se, mm tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis/menguji: untuk mengetahui penerapan e-kinerja, kinerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pemerintah kota banda aceh, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan e-kinerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja, pengaruh penerapan e-kinerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan disiplin kerja, pengaruh penerapan e-kinerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja, pengaruh kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, pengaruh disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, pengaruh motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, pengaruh penerapan e-kinerja terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja pegawai, pengaruh penerapan e-kinerja terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui disiplin kerja pegawai, pengaruh penerapan e-kinerja terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui motivasi kerja pegawai. adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah penerapan e-kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja serta kinerja pemerintah kota banda aceh. hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa e-kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, e-kinerja berpengaruh terhadap disiplin pegawai, e-kinerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, kinerja pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, disiplin kerja pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, motivasi kerja pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung e-kinerja terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja pegawai terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung e_kinerja terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui disiplin kerja, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa dengan tingkat disiplin kerja yang tinggi akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai dan juga terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung e_kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa dengan tingkat motivasi kerja yang dimiliki oleh pegawai akan memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. kata kunci: e-kinerja, kinerja pegawai, disiplin, motivasi dan kinerja organisasi abstract abstract of final paper e-performance, performance, work discipline, work motivation and performance of the banda aceh city government, to test and analyze the effect of implementing e-performance has an effect on improving performance, the effect of applying e-performance has an effect on work discipline improvement, the effect of the application of e-performance affects the increase in work motivation, the effect of performance affects the performance of the organization, the effect of work discipline affects the performance of the organization, the influence of work motivation affects the performance of the organization, the effect of the application of e-performance on organizational performance through employee performance, the effect of applying e-performance to organizational performance through employee work discipline, the effect of applying e-performance to organizational performance through employee work motivation. the object of this research is the application of e-performance to employee performance, work discipline and work motivation and the performance of the banda aceh city government. the results of the analysis show that e-kinerja affects employee performance, e-kinerja affects employee discipline, e-kinerja influences employee work motivation, employee performance influences organizational performance, employee work discipline influences organizational performance, employee work motivation influences performance organization, there is an indirect effect of e-performance on organizational performance through employee performance there is an indirect effect of e-performance on organizational performance through work discipline, this indicates that with a high level of work discipline will have an influence on improving employee performance and there is also an indirect effect performance on employee performance through work motivation, this indicates that the level of work motivation possessed by employees will have an impact on improving employee
