Ringkasan abstrak. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa jenis zpt dan lama perendaman yang berbeda serta interaksi keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan setek jambu bol. penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa guhang aceh barat daya dan laboratorium fisiologi tumbuhan fakultas pertanian universitas syiah kuala dari bulan mei sampai juli 2019. rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok pola faktorial 4x3 dengan 3 ulangan. faktor yang diteliti yaitu jenis zpt yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu kontrol (z0), ekstrak bawang merah 100% (z1), air kelapa 100% (z2) dan zpt sintesis 0,03% (z3) dan lama perendaman yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 3 jam (w1), 8 jam (w2) dan 13 jam (w3). parameter yang diamati adalah persentase tumbuh (%), jumlah tunas, diameter tunas (mm), tinggi tunas (cm), jumlah daun (helai) dan bobot basah tunas (g). jenis perlakuan zpt terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan zpt air kelapa 100%. sedangkan sedangkan perlakuan lama peredndaman terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan 8 jam. pertumbuhan dan bobot tunas terbaik dijumpai pada kombinasi jenis zpt air kelapa 100% dengan lama perendaman selama 8 jam. kata kunci : jambu bol, setek, auksin, sitokinin. abstract. this study aims to determine the effect of several types of pgr and different immersion times and their interactions on the growth of malay apple cuttings. the research was carried out in the southwest aceh guhang village and the plant physiology laboratory of the faculty of agriculture, syiah kuala university from may to july 2019. the research design used was a 4x3 factorial randomized block design with 3 replications. factors studied were type of pgr which consisted of 4 levels (control, 100% shallot extract, 100% coconut water and 0,03% pgr synthesis) and immersion times consisted of 3 levels (3, 8 and 13 hours). the parameters observed were growth percentage(%), number of shoots, shoot diameter (mm), shoot height (cm), number of leaves (strands) and weight of fresh shoots (g). the best type of pgr treatment is found in 100% coconut water pgr. whereas while the best treatment for reducing time was found in the treatment of 8 hours. the best growth and weight of shoots were found in combination of 100% zpt coconut water with 8 hours of soaking. keywords: malay apple, cuttings, auxin, cytokinins.
