Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan kompetensi amil, kepercayaan muzakki, dan keputusan berzakat di baitul mal kabupaten aceh selatan. berdasarkan 100 kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan dianalisis menggunakan model partial least square (pls), didapatkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi amil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan muzakki, kepercayaan muzakki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berzakat, kompetensi amil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berzakat, serta kompetensi amil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berzakat apabila dimediasi oleh variabel kepercayaan muzakki di baitul mal kabupaten aceh selatan kata kunci: kompetensi, kepercayaan, keputusan, amil, muzakki. abstract this study aims to analyze the relationship between amil competence, muzakki trust, and tithe decisions at the baitul mal aceh selatan regency. based on 100 questionnaires distributed to respondents, using the purposive sampling technique and analyzed using the partial least square (pls) model, the results of the study refer to positive and significant competencies in muzakki beliefs, positive muzakki beliefs and significant for tithe results, competencies that are positive and significant towards zakat decisions, as well as positive and significant competencies towards zakat decisions that are mediated by the muzakki belief variable in baitul mal aceh selatan regency. keywords: competence, trust, decision, amil, muzakki.
