Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh person organization fit terhadap turnover intention dan work engagement sebagai mediasi pada karyawan bank bri wilayah kota banda aceh. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan bank bri wilayah kota banda aceh yang berjumlah 115 responden. peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel acak sederhana. hierarchical linear modelling (hlm) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. berdasarkan hasil analisis hlm, mengindikasikan bahwa person organization fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, person organization fit berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement, work engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, dan work engagement tidak memediasi person organization fit terhadap turnover intention. kata kunci: person organization fit, turnover intention, work engagement, hierarchical linear modelling. abstract this study aims to measure the effect of person organization fit on turnover intention and work engagement as a mediation at employees of bank bri in banda aceh city. the sample used in this study is employees of bank bri in banda aceh city is totalling 115 respondents. data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. hierarchical linear modelling (hlm) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. based on the results of the hlm analysis indicated that person organization fit was unrelated to turnover intention, person organization fit positively influence work engagement, work engagement was unrelated to turnover intention, work engagement doesn’t mediate the relationship between peron organization fit and turnover intention. keywords: person organization fit, turnover intention, work engagement, hierarchical linear modelling.
