Abstract this study aims to determine the effect of economic empowerment programs on the independence of recipients of productive zis assistance. this research was conducted on mustahik at the zakat house in the banda aceh branch by making mustahik the object of research. data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires as instruments have as many as 69 people mustahik. the results of this study indicate that economic empowerment simultaneously affects the independence of recipients of productive zis assistance. keywords: economic empowerment, independence of recipients of zis assistance. abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program pemberdayaan ekonomi terhadap kemandirian penerima bantuan zis produktif. penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap mustahik di rumah zakat cabang kota banda aceh dengan menjadikan mustahik sebagai objek penelitian. teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan kuisioner sebagai instrument terdapat sebanyak 69 orang mustahik. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan ekonomi secara simultan berpngaruh terhadap kemandirian penerima bantuan zis produktif. kata kunci: pemberdayaan ekonomi, kemandirian penerima bantuan zis
