Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pasca sarjana universitas syiah kuala. pengaruh budaya politik, disiplin kerja dan diklat terhadap kinerja pegawai dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja sekretariat dewan perwakilan rakyat aceh oleh : aufar abubakar nim. 1409200020094 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing utama : dr. mirza tabrani, se, mba pembimbing pembantu : dr. syafruddin chan, se, mba abstrak tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya politik, disiplin kerja dan diklat terhadap kinerja pegawai dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja sekretariat dewan perwakilan rakyat aceh.model analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisi jalur. hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya politik, disiplin kerja, diklat, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja sekretariat dewan perwakilan rakyat aceh sudah relatif baik. terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif budaya politik, disiplin kerja dan diklat terhadap kinerja pegawai pada sekretariat dewan perwakilan rakyat aceh. terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif budaya politik, disiplin kerja, diklat dan kinerja pegawai terhadap kinerja sekretariat dewan perwakilan rakyat aceh. terdapat pengaruh budaya politik, disiplin kerja dan diklat melalui kinerja pegawai terhadap kinerja sekretariat dewan perwakilan rakyat aceh. diharapkan kepada semua unsur yang terlibat pada sekretariat dewan perwakilan rakyat aceh supaya mengaplikasikan budaya politik yang baik dan sehat, pemberian diklat supaya dilakukan minimal dua tahun sekali, penerapan disiplin supaya diperketat, sehingga kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi dpra meningkat lebih signifikan. kata kunci : budaya politik, disiplin kerja, diklat, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja sekretariat abstract abstract the final work abstract was submitted to the examination commission committee to obtain a masters in management degree at the syiah kuala university graduate program. the effect of political culture, work discipline and training on employee performance and its impact on the performance of the aceh people’s people’s secretaria t performance by : aufar abubakar nim. 1409200020094 concentration; general management main advisor : dr. mirza tabrani, se. mba assistant counselor: dr. svafruddin chan. se. mba abstract the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of political culture, work discipline and education and training on employee performance and its impact on the performance of the secretariat of the aceh house of representatives. the analytical model used was the path analysis model. the results of the study show that political culture, work discipline, education and training, employee performance and the performance of the secretariat of the aceh people's representative council are relatively good. there is a significant and positive influence on political culture, work discipline and training on employee performance at the secretariat of the aceh parliament. there is a significant and positive influence on political culture, work discipline, training and employee performance on the performance of the secretariat of the aceh parliament. there is an influence of political culture, work discipline and training through employee performance on the performance of the secretariat of the aceh people's representative council. it is expected that all elements involved in the secretariat of the aceh house of representatives in order to apply a good and healthy political culture, giving training to be carried out at least once every two years, the application of discipline to be tightened, so that the performance of employees and dpra organizational performance increases more significantly. keywords: political culture, work discipline. training. employee performance and secretariat performance abstract
