Hasballah, 2018. pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis proyek (pjbl) terhadap keterampilan proses sains, motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan di sma negeri wilayah jeunieb kabupaten bireuen pembimbing i prof. dr. djufri, m. si, pembimbing ii dr. hasanuddin, m. si abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis proyek (pjbl) terhadap keterampilan proses sains, motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan di sma negeri wilayah jeunieb kabupaten bireuen. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian eksperimen. desain yang digunakan adalah pretest-postest control group design. pengambilan data dikelompokkan ke dalam 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 66 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 66 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. uji hipotesis menggunakan statistik parametrik independent sampel t-test dengan bantuan program spss versi 23.0 for windows pada taraf signifikan 0,05 diperoleh hasil; nilai keterampilan proses sains siswa 5,722 (5,722 > 1,98 = t hitung > t tabel), nilai motivasi belajar siswa 7,550 (7,550 > 1,98 = t hitung > t table), dan nilai hasil belajar siswa pada post-test 7,607 (7,607 > 1,98 = t hitung > t tabel). dari ketiga variabel yang telah diukur menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis proyek (pjbl) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa, motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan di sma negeri wilayah jeunieb. kata kunci : pembelajaran berbasis proyek (pjbl), keterampilan proses sains, motivasi belajar, hasil belajar, sma negeri wilayah jeunieb. hasballah, 2018. the effect of project-based learning (pjbl) on science process skills, learning motivation and learning outcomes of state senior high school students in jeunieb of bireuen regency in the topic of growth and development first advisor: prof. dr. djufri, m.si., second advisor: dr. hasanuddin, m.si. abstract the aim of this research was to identify the effect of project-based learning (pjbl) on the science process skills, learning motivation and learning outcomes of the state senior high school students in jeunieb of bireuen regency in the topic of growth and development. a descriptive-quantitative approach with experimental technique was employed. the pretest-posttest control group design was used. the data collected were classified into two categories, experimental group and control group. there were 66 students in each group. a parametric statistical method, the independent sample t-test supported by spss program version 23.0 for windows with significance level of 0.05 used in hypothesis testing showed the score of 5.722 (5.722 > 1.98 = tcount > ttable) for the students’ science process skills, 7.550 (7.550 > 1.98 = tcount > ttable) for their learning motivation and 7.607 (7.607 > 1.98 = tcount > ttable) for their learning outcomes (posttest). therefore, it was concluded that the implementation of project-based learning (pjbl) improved the science process skills, learning motivation and learning outcomes of the state senior high school students in jeunieb of bireuen regency in the topic of growth and development. keywords: project-based learning, science process skill, learning motivation, learning outcome, state senior high school in jeunieb
