Analisis nilai tambah usaha jagung bakar serta kontribusinya terhadap total pendapatan rumah tangga di ulee-lheue kecamatan meuraxa kota banda aceh oleh: ilhamullah / agribisnis unsyiah abstrak penelitian ini dilakukan di ulee-lheue kecamatan meuraxa kota banda aceh. hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai tambah yang timbul dari proses pengolahan jagung menjadi jagung bakar sebesar rp 2.480 per tongkol bahan baku. total pendapatan rumah tangga pengusaha jagung bakar di ulee-lheue kecamatan meuraxa kota banda aceh sebesar rp 3.884.771/bulan, dengan rincian sebagai berikut: pendapatan dari usaha jagung bakar sebesar rp 2.030.717 per bulan. sedangkan pendapatan di luar usaha jagung bakar sebesar rp 1.854.054/bulan. kontribusi pendapatan dari usaha jagung bakar sebesar 52 persen sedangkan pendapatan dari luar usaha jagung bakar sebesar 48 persen. dengan demikian, pendapatan dari usaha jagung bakar lebih besar dari pendapatan usaha dari luar jagung bakar. kata kunci : nilai tambah, kontribusi analysis added value business corn grilled well as its contribution to total household income in ulee-lheue sub-district meuraxa banda aceh city by: ilhamullah / agribusiness unsyiah abstract this research was conducted in ulee lheue sub-district meuraxa banda aceh city. research results shows value added arising from the corn processing into corn grilled rp 2,480 per raw material. total household entrepreneurs income grilled corn in ulee-lheue sub-district meuraxa banda aceh city at rp 3,884,771/month, with details as follows: income from the efforts of grilled corn rp 2,030,717/ month. revenues beyond grilled corn efforts rp 1,854,054/month. the revenue contribution from grilled corn efforts by 52 percent. whereas contribution from outside the grilled effort corn by 48 percent. thus, income from of grilled corn effort greater than from outside effort income grilled corn. keywords: value steadfast, contributions.
