Abstrak judul : analisis perbandingan pengelolaan keuangan daerah kabupaten pidie sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran nama : nurmaya sari npm : 1309200010003 fakultas/jurusan : ekonomi dan bisnis/ilmu ekonomi dosen pembimbing : 1. prof. dr. mohd. nur syechalad, ms 2. dr. muhammad nasir, se, m.si, ma tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perbandingan keuangan sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran wilayah di kabupaten pidie. data yang digunakan total nilai pdrb atas harga konstan, jumlah penduduk dan investasi yang diperoleh dari badan pengelola keuangan dan aset daerah (bpkad) dan bps kabupaten pidie periode 2002-2016. metode analisis yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini regresi linear berganda dengan metode terkecil sederhana atau ordinary least square (ols) serta dengan menggunakan variabel dummy untuk membedakan sebelum dan sesudah pemekaran. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi berpengaruh terhadap dan pdrb berpengaruh terhadap pad, sedangkan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh negatif terhadap pad, ada perbedaan negatif pad sebelum dan sesudah adanya pemekaran kemudian secara bersama-sama variabel pdrb, jumlah penduduk, dan investasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap pad di kabupaten pidie. kata kunci : pad, pdrb, jumlah penduduk dan investasi. abstract title : an analysis of the comparison of regional financial management of pidie regency before and after the formation of new administrative regions name : nurmaya sari student number : 1309200010003 faculty/ department : economics and business/ economics science academic supervisors : 1. prof. dr. mohd. nur syechalad, ms 2. dr. muhammad nasir, se, m. si., ma the purpose of this study was to analyze the comparison of budget management before and after the formation of the new administrative region in pidie regency. the data used for this study were the total value of gross regional domestic product (pdrb) toward constant price, total population and investment obtained from the financial and asset management board (bpkad) and central statistics agency of pidie regency for the period 2002-2016. the analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression with the ordinary least square (ols) method and a dummy variable to distinguish the effect before and after the formation of new administrative regions. the results showed that the investment the brdp affected locally-generated revenue (pad), while the number of the population has an adverse effect on pad. there was the negative difference on pad before and after the formation of the new administrative region. on the contrary, the variables of brdp, number of population, and the investment have a significant influence on pad in pidie regency. keywords: pad, pdrb, the total population and investment
