Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pasca sarjana universitas syiah kuala iklim organisasi dan kinerja organisasi kantor camat di kota banda aceh oleh : rahmatun husna sn. 1409200020153 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing utama : prof. dr. abdul rahman lubis, m.sc pembimbing pembantu : dr. nurdasila darsono, se, mm penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap iklim organisasi serta dampaknya pada kinerja kantor camat di kota banda aceh. penelitian dilakukan pada 213 orang pegawai kantor camat. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik structural equation model (sem). penelitian menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi dan kinerja kantor camat. iklim organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi instansi tersebut. kata kunci : kinerja organisasi, iklim organisasi, lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan. abstract abstract of final paper submitted to the examination committee in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of master of management on graduated program of syiah kuala university organizational climate and organizational performance of sub-district office in banda aceh city by : rahmatun husna sn. 1409200020153 supervisor : prof. dr. abdul rahman lubis, m.sc co-supervisor : dr.nurdasila darsono, se, mm the study aims to determine the effect of work environment, organizational culture and leadership on organizational climate and their impact on the organizational performance of sub-district office in banda aceh city. the study conducted of 189 employees of the office. data collected by questionnaire, and then the data is analyzed by using means of statistics structural equation model (sem). the study found that work environment, organizational culture and leadership have a positive and significant effect on organizational climate and organizational performance of sub-district office in banda aceh city. organizational climate mediates the effect of work environment, organizational culture and leadership on the organizational performance of the institution. keywords : organizational performance, organizational climate, work environment, organizational culture and leadership.
