Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada program pasca sarjana universitas syiah kuala pengaruh komitmen, integritas dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai serta dampaknya pada kinerja komisi independen pemilihan (kip) aceh oleh : arfah salwa nim. 1309200020070 konsentrasi : manajemen umum pembimbing utama : prof. dr. ir. yuwaldi away, m.sc pembimbing pembantu : dr. mirza tabrani, se, mba penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen, integritas dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja komisi independen pemilihan (kip) aceh dengan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel intervening. penelitian dilakukan terhadap 244 orang pegawai kip provinsi dan kabupaten kota di aceh. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik structural equation model (sem). penelitian menemukan bahwa komitmen, integritas dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif kinerja pegawai dan kinerja kip aceh. kinerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh komitmen, integritas dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja instansi tersebut. kata kunci : kinerja organisasi, kinerja pegawai, komitmen, kompetensi dan integritas. abstract abstract of final paper submitted to the examination committee in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of master of management on graduated program of syiah kuala university analysis of the effect of employee’s commitment, integrity and competency on employee’s performance and it impact on the organizational performance of election independent commission (kip) aceh by : arfah salwa sn. 1309200020070 supervisor : prof. dr. ir. yuwaldi away, m.sc co-supervisor : dr. mirza tabrani, se, mba the study aims to determine the effect of employee’s commitment, integrity and competency on the organizational performance of election independent commission (kip) aceh mediated by employee’s performance. the study conducted of 244 civil servant of election independent commission (kip) for province and district in aceh. data collected by questionnaire, and then the data is analyzed by using means of statistics structural equation model (sem). the study found that employee’s commitment, integrity and competency have a positive effect on employee’s performance and the organizational performance of election independent commission (kip) aceh. employee’s performance mediates the effect of employee’s commitment, integrity and competency on the organizational performance of the institution. keywords : organizational performance, employee performance, commitment, integrity and competency.
