The effect of financial autonomous and effectiveness of regional finance on grant expenditure district/city in aceh province by: mulyadi. m student number: 110920070052 sipervisor: dr. hasan basri, m.com dr. zuraida, se, mba, ak, ca, phd abstract this research aims to examine the effect of financial autonomous and effectiveness of regional finances on the grant expenditure district/city in aceh province, either simultaneously or partially. both independent variables will be examine for the effect on one independent variable that is grant expenditure. this study is a census study, all districts/city in aceh province are included in the observation. the observation period of this study from 2012 to 2014, a total of 69 observations the method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. the results of this study found that the financial autonomous and effectiveness of regional finances have an affect to the grant expenditur district/city in aceh province, simultaneously and partially. the increase or decrease (fluctuation) of grant expenditure district/city in aceh province is affected by both independent variables. based on statistical examine, the contribution effect of the financial autonomous and effectiveness of regional finances on the grant expenditure district/city in aceh province is very small, ie 10%, while 90% is influenced by other independent variables outside of this study. keywords: grant expenditure, financial autonomus, effectiveness. pengaruh kemandirian dan efektivitas keuangan daerah terhadap belanja hibah kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh oleh: mulyadi. m npm. 110920070053 pembimbing: dr. hasan basri, m.com dr. zuraida, se, mba, ak, ca, phd abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kemandirian dan efektivitas keuangan daerah terhadap belanja hibah kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. kedua variabel bebas tersebut akan diuji pengaruhnya terhadap satu variabel tidak bebas yaitu belanja hibah. penelitian ini adalah penelitian sensus, yakni memasukan semua kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh ke dalam pengamatan. periode pengamatan data penelitian dari tahun 2012 s.d 2014 yang berjumlah 69 pengamatan. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kemandirian dan efektivitas keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap belanja hibah kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. fluktuasi baik itu peningkatan maupun penurunan belanja hibah kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel bebas tersebut. berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik, diperoleh kontribusi pengaruh kemandirian dan efektivitas keuangan daerah terhadap belanja hibah kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh sangat kecil, yaitu sebesar 10%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 90% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain di luar penelitian ini. kata kunci: belanja hibah, kemandirian, efektivitas.
