This preliminary of soyghurt factory desain use soybean as a raw material with capacity production is 1.500 ton/year with work days 330 days/ year. form of this company is limited liability company (ltd.) with structure method line and staff, with total of employees 113 people. the factory location was plans in kandang village, south kluet sub-district south aceh with width about 8.000 m2. water sources for this factory obtain from kandang river in south aceh and for electricity supply obtain for national electricty power company and generator with power about 511 kw.
