Abstrak nama : ocy cyntia permata program studi : pendidikan dokter gigi judul : tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap fungsi, estetik, dan fonetik gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan di rumah sakit gigi dan mulut universitas syiah kuala gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan adalah gigi tiruan yang menggantikan satu atau lebih gigi asli yang dapat dilepas dari mulut dan dipasang kembali oleh pasien sendiri. gigi tiruan yang baik adalah yang memenuhi fungsi, estetik, dan fonetik pasien. kepuasan pasien adalah sikap pasien secara keseluruhan terhadap pelayanan yang mereka harapkan dengan yang mereka terima. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap fungsi, estetik, dan fonetik gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan di rumah sakit gigi dan mulut unsyiah. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. pengambilan subjek menggunakan metode total sampling dan diperoleh sesuai kriteria inklusi. pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan pembagian kuesioner kepada subjek penelitian yang telah diberi informed consent. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 subjek menyatakan sangat puas sebanyak (70%) terhadap fungsi, estetik, dan fonetik gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan di rumah sakit gigi dan mulut unsyiah. kata kunci : gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan, fungsi, estetik dan fonetik, kepuasan pasien. abstract name : ocy cyntia permata major : dentistry title : patient satisfaction level towards the functions, aesthetics, and phonetics of removable partial dentures in rumah sakit gigi dan mulut of syiah kuala university removable partial dentures are kind of prosthetic teeth used to replace a tooth that can be removed and put back on by the patient. good prosthetic is fulfill of functions, aesthetics, and phonetics patients. patient satisfaction is the overall patient behavior towards the service given related to their expectation and what they get. this research aims to find out the satisfaction level of patients towards the functions, aesthetics, and phonetics of dentures in rumah sakit gigi dan mulut unsyiah. the type of this research is descriptive, and the subjects are chosen with total sampling method obtained to match the inclusi on criteria. data collection were conducted throughthe distribution ofquestionnairesto subjects that wereinformed before. the results showed that 30 subjects stated that they are very satisfied (70%) with the fuctions, aesthetics, and phonetics of removable partial dentures in rumah sakit gigi dan mulut unsyiah. keywords : removable partial dentures, functions, aesthetics and phonetics, patient satisfaction
