Abstrak tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kualitas pelayanan sistem informasi akuntansi, dan pengetahuan staff akuntansi terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 skpk (satuan kerja perangkat kota) banda aceh dengan 78 responden. teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kualitas pelayanan sistem informasi akuntansi, dan pengetahuan staff akuntansi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. secara parsial, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kualitas pelayanan sistem informasi akuntansi, dan pengetahuan staff akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. kata kunci: pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kualitas pelayanan sistem informasi akuntansi, pengetahuan staff akuntansi, dan efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi. abstrack the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the use of information technology, service quality of accounting information systems, and accounting staff knowledge on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. the population in this study was 39 skpk (work unit city) banda aceh with 78 respondents. data was collected by questionnaire. the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. the results of this study indicate that the use of information technology, service quality of accounting information systems, and knowledge of accounting staff simultaneously affect the effectiveness of the accounting information system. partially, the utilization of information technology, service quality of accounting information systems, and accounting staff knowledge influence the effectiveness of accounting information systems. keywords: utilization of information technology, service quality of accounting information systems, knowledge of accounting staff, and the effectiveness of accounting information systems.
