Kementerian riset, teknologi dan pendidikan tinggi universitas syiah kuala fakultas keperawatan skripsi 26 agustus 2016 xiv + vi bab + 64 halaman + 10 tabel + 1 skema + 17 lampiran ahyal miska 1207101020041 gambaran perawatan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak usia sekolah di gampong lamcot kecamatan darul imarah aceh besar 2016 abstrak masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan masalah yang rentan dihadapi oleh kelompok anak usia sekolah dasar (sd), karena anak usia sekolah (6-12 tahun) merupakan periode transisi atau masa bercampurnya antara gigi susu (gigi primer) dan gigi tetap (gigi sekunder). periode transisi bagi anak adalah periode terburuk karena masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut dan kurangnya perhatian terhadap perawatan kesehatan gigi dan mulut akan bermula dari periode ini serta akan mempengaruhi masa depan anak. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perawatan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak usia sekolah di gampong lamcot kecamatan darul imarah aceh besar. jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptive dengan desain cross sectional study. populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anak usia sekolah usia 10 sampai 12 tahun. teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik non random sampling berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terpimpin. instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang terdiri dari 19 item pertanyaan dalam skala dichotomous choice. metode analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis univariat. berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan perawatan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak usia sekolah adalah kurang baik (78%), dimana yang termasuk kurang baik adalah flossing (96%), berkumur (76%) sedangkan menyikat gigi (58%) dan asupan nutrisi (60%) adalah baik. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perawatan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada anak usia sekolah adalah kurang baik. diharapkan perawat dapat melakukan sosialisasi dan simulasi ke gampong lamcot terkait dengan perawatan kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang baik. kata kunci : menyikat gigi, flossing, berkumur, asupan nutrisi daftar bacaan : 19 buku, 22 jurnal. ministry of research, technology and higher education syiah kuala university faculty of nursing mini thesis august 26, 2016 xiv + vi chapters + 64 pages + 10 tables + 1 scheme + 17 appendixes ahyal miska 1207101020041 description health care teeth and the mouth on school-age children in gampong lamcot kecamatan darul imarah aceh besar 2016 abstract health problems the teeth and the mouth a matter susceptible faced by a group of primary school age children (sd), because school age children (6-12 years) is of a transition period or the term mixed between the teeth milk (of teeth primary) and teeth fixed (teeth secondary star). of the transition period for the son was the period worst because it is health problems teeth and mouth and lack of care for health care the teeth and the mouth will began from this period and will affect the future children. the purpose of the research is to identity health care teeth and the mouth on school-age children in gampong lamcot kecamatan darul imarah aceh besar. the type of the research was used descriptive used cross sectional study design. the population in this research was school age children the ages of 10 and 12 years. sampling technique was a technique non random sampling based on technique purposive sampling with the sample of the 50 respondents. data collection was done a set of guided interview. the instruments used was a questionnaire consisted used 19 questions on dichotomous choice scale. data analysis methods used univariate analysis. based on the results of the study was obtained health care teeth and the mouth on children of school age was less well (78%), where was that including less well is flossing (96%), gargling (76%) while brushing teeth (58%) and intake of nutrients (60%) was good. so that we can conclude that health care teeth and the mouth on children of school age was less than good. nurses expected to be able to conduct socialization and simulation to gampong lamcot associated with health care the teeth and of the mouth which is good . keywords : brushing teeth, flossing, gargling, intake of nutrients references : 19 textbooks, 22 journals
