Abstract government needs assets in order to support their activities in providing public service. therefore the government should have policies regarding to assets which will make them can be operated effectively and efficiently. one of the policies is asset management. there are many factors that influences asset management within government circle. this research aims to examine the influence of human resources, internal control, and information systems on asset management in skpa’s government of aceh. this research uses simple random sampling technique. the data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 68 respondents. using multiple regression as analysis method, the result shows that human resources, internal control, and information system significantly influence the asset management in government of aceh simultaneously and partially. keywords: asset management, human resources, internal control, and information system
