Abstract title : an analysis of factors affecting postpaid customers not switch using prepaid electricity name : riska aulia student number : 1201101010054 faculty/departement : economic and bussiness/ economic development adviser : nur aidar, s.e. m.s.e the purpose of this research is to determine factors that influence postpaid customers not switch using prepaid electricity. this research uses primary data with interview method using questionnaire. the sampel uses in this research is 84 respondents were taken using random sampling. the analysis model used analytical factors using confirmatory factor analysis (cfa) with processed by using spss. the result of analysis show that educational factors, the number of family members, income, electricity comsumption and electronic goods significantly affecting postpaid customers not switch using prepaid electricity in banda aceh. however, educational factors and number of family member is dominant factor that affecting postpaid customers not switch using prepaid electricity in banda aceh. based on this research, pt pln should improve the dissemination of the advantages of prepaid electricity. keywords : electricity, postpaid, prepaid, education, income, househoulds, cfa, spss.
