Abstract this research aims to investigate the influences of demographic factors, computer self efficacy, and computer anxiety upon usage of computer-based accounting system information on employee performance in bappeda provinsi aceh. this research used questionnaire as a tool to collect informations needed from respondents. probability sampling method with simple random sampling technic was used to determine the respondents. there were 61 respondents who were choosen by using slovin’s formula. testing instrument used was multiple linear regression. the results showed that simultaneously, demographic factors, computer self efficacy, and computer anxiety were significantly influence employee performance. partially, demographic factors and computer self efficacy were positively significant influence employee performance while computer anxiety negatively significant influence employee performance. keywords : employee performance, demographic factors, computer self efficacy, computer anxiety abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh faktor demografi, computer self efficacy, dan computer anxiety dalam penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis komputer terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bappeda provinsi aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari responden. teknik pemilihan responden menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. jumlah responden yaitu sebanyak 61 responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. alat uji yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, faktor demografi, computer self efficacy, dan computer anxiety berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. secara parsial, faktor demografi dan computer self efficacy berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sementara computer anxiety berpengaruh secara negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kata kunci : kinerja karyawan, faktor demografi, computer self efficacy, computer anxiety
