Analisis penaruh investasi sektor industri terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri di provinsi aceh reza syuhada / agribisnis unsyiah abstrak penelitian ini dilaksanakan di provinsi aceh. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perkembangan pembangunan ekonomi baik secara teoritis maupun di kaitkan dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di provinsi aceh. dengan demikian penulis tertarik untuk meneliti dengan judul “analisis pengaruh investasi sektor industri terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri di provinsi aceh” yang dibimbing oleh ibu dr. ir. safrida, m.si dan ibu agustina arida sp, m.si. adapun rata – rata tenaga kerja yang terserap dari tahun 1996 – 2011 sebanyak 114.299 orang dengan perbandingan jumlah rata – rata unit usaha industri sebanyak 29.079 unit dari tahun 1996 – 2011. dari hasil analisis regresi pengaruh investasi sektor industri terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri di provinsi aceh bahwa jumlah industri berpengaruh nyata terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di provinsi aceh dengan koefisien sebesar 1,696. cara untuk meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja di provinsi aceh yakni dengan meningkatkan jumlah unit usaha itu sendiri. kata kunci: pengaruh investasi, penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor industri analysisthe influence of industry sector investmen on employment in the industrial sector in province of aceh reza syuhada/ agribusiness unsyiah abstract this research was conducted at province of aceh. this study aims to look at the development of economic both teoritically and in associate with the reality that occured in aceh province. this the authors are interested in researching the tittle of “analysis the influence of industry sector investmen on employment in the industriak sector in province of aceh”.guided by dr. ir. safrida, m.si and agustina arida sp, m.si. the average workers absorved from year 1996 – 2011 as many 114.299 peoples by comparison average number of industrial business units as much 29.079 units of the year 1996 – 2011.the effect of the results of the regression analysis investmen industry sector employment absorption of industry in aceh province that significantly affect the ammount the industrial employment in the province of aceh with a coeficient of 1.696. ways to boost employment in the aceh province by the increasing the number of business units themselves. keywords: the influence of investmen, industry sector labor absorption
